Semester Learning Goal
Students will investigate community needs, reflect on personal values, and apply design thinking to develop a values-aligned project idea. Through research, collaboration, and iteration, they will explore what it means to do Good Work as a good person, good worker, and good citizen.

1. Final Reflection Sheet:
Ask students to complete a Final Reflection Sheet:
What did you accomplish?
How did your values show up in your work?
What surprised you?
What are you most proud of?
What would you still like to improve?
What was the most meaningful moment for you during this project?
What do you want to carry with you into the future—personally, academically, or professionally?
Encourage students to save this in their Good Work Portfolio as a record of their journey.
2. Values Exit Interview:
Conduct a "Values Exit Interview"
In pairs or small groups, students will respond to the following prompts:
How have you grown as a good person?
How have you grown as a good worker?
How have you grown as a good citizen?
